Catalogue in Parsewise
Three roads to a catalogue
Parsewise is an AI assistant that answers on your company data. Products are its storefront: load the catalogue any of the three ways and the assistant starts matching, comparing and selling from it.
By hand

A product card with every field — price, discount, SKU, brand, photo. For the first items and spot edits.
By file

Drop the export in as it is — CSV, XLSX, JSON, XML or YML. The AI maps the columns to fields itself.
By feed

Paste the feed URL — the catalogue loads and keeps itself up to date, once a day.
BY HAND
A card with every field: from price and SKU to weight, colour and warranty. Save it and the assistant already offers the product in a dialogue.

Auto-mapping: the AI matches the export columns to the catalogue fields.

COLUMNS
Any column names
The AI reads the header row and understands it: «Retail price» becomes price, «Manufacturer» becomes brand, even in a hand-made file.

ATTRIBUTES
Specifications are not lost
Columns that do not fit the standard fields are kept as attributes — size, colour and material stay with the product.

The feed lives on its own
Connect it once — the catalogue updates without you. The assistant always answers with current prices and stock.
Feed by URL

YML, XML, CSV, XLSX or JSON — give the link and the platform does the rest.
Once a day

The catalogue refreshes itself every morning — prices and stock never go stale.
By hand, in one click

The «Sync» button starts an update immediately, without waiting for the schedule.
No duplicates

Products are matched by SKU: a repeat import updates the cards instead of breeding copies.
Tens of thousands of SKUs

A large store’s catalogue fits whole — with photos, prices and specifications.
The source is visible

Every product carries a label of where it came from: a feed, a file or a hand-made card.
A catalogue that sells
Free plan, no card required. Drop in the export from your own system — a few minutes later the assistant is matching and comparing products.
Test it on your own data
Upload your own documents and catalogue — then ask the assistant the questions people ask you. That is the only test that means anything.
